We’re a growing fast-casual scratch café brand seeking an engaging, fun General Manager to lead our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about great food, team development, and creating a welcoming customer experience.
General Manager Responsibilities
- Collaborate with FOH and BOH staff to maintain smooth service flow
- Build and lead a strong, motivated team through coaching and mentorship
- Place and receive vendor orders; manage inventory levels
- Handle daily cash deposits and maintain register accuracy
- Conduct interviews and onboard new team members
- Prepare and manage staff schedules
- Monitor KPIs and make operational adjustments to meet targets
General Manager Qualifications
- Available to work full-time including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute or relocate as needed
