- 1 to 3 years in an Assistant General Manager role within quick service or high-volume restaurants exceeding $2M in revenue
- Consistent job history with solid tenure in recent roles
- Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring and developing teams
- Comfort managing financials and driving profit
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
QSR Assistant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
- Experience with major burger or chicken concepts such as Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Taco Bell, White Castle, or Shake Shack
QSR Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Operations:
- Run daily operations with a focus on speed, quality, and cleanliness
