Job Title: FP&A Manager

A growing, technology-driven organization operating across multiple business lines is seeking an FP&A Manager to support financial planning and analysis efforts within one of its core divisions. Position Overview
Reporting to senior finance leadership, the FP&A Manager will support all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance monitoring. This individual will play a key role in providing insights that drive strategic decision-making and financial performance across the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reporting cycles
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze revenue, expenses, and overall performance
- Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actuals), identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with leadership on ad hoc analysis and strategic financial initiatives
- Monitor relevant macroeconomic and industry trends to assess potential business impact
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership with actionable insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, Accounting, HR, IT, and Commercial
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and overall FP&A function efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP and/or financial planning systems
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively
- Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
- Experience in a technology or recurring-revenue business model is a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA) is a plus
