Construction & Facilities Project Manager
📍 Northern Virginia (Onsite / Field-Based)
💰 $150K – $175K Base + Strong Benefits
I’m working with a highly respected, high-volume restaurant group in Northern Virginia that is expanding its construction team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, and owning projects from start to finish — not sitting behind a desk managing from a distance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading restaurant construction projects (ground-up, remodels, capital improvements) from planning through opening
- Managing day-to-day job site activity, contractor coordination, scheduling, and quality
- Reading and working directly from construction drawings and plans
- Troubleshooting issues in real time, especially around MEP systems and commercial kitchens
- Supporting ongoing repairs & maintenance (R&M) across multiple locations
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in commercial or restaurant construction
- Strong experience managing job sites and coordinating subcontractors
- Ability to read drawings and understand mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Someone who is hands-on, accountable, and comfortable in a lean team
This Role Is NOT For
- Pure real estate development backgrounds
- Portfolio-level managers who don’t touch projects
- Candidates looking for remote or highly corporate environments
