Chef de Cuisine – New Orleans, French Quarter

Chef de Cuisine Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, upscale, or fine dining environment
- Proven administrative skills in inventory control, costing, and scheduling
- Experience managing a restaurant with a volume of $5 million or more
- Strong polish and professionalism
- No more than two jobs in the past five years
- Ability to partner with the Executive team to manage daily restaurant operations
- Commitment to training and developing a team of cooks into future leaders
- Upholding high standards of cleanliness and food presentation
Chef de Cuisine Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in a fast-paced culinary environment
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Creative mindset with a passion for seasonal ingredients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
