Sous Chef Responsibilities
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience through elevated culinary execution
- Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen brigade with clarity and purpose
- Maintain a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager on daily operations and menu initiatives
- Oversee consistent quality, pacing, and presentation during service
Sous Chef Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a quality-driven kitchen
- Proven ability to lead by example and communicate with poise and authority
- Professionalism, composure, and a collaborative spirit
- A genuine passion for fine food, craftsmanship, and elevating the team around you
