A growing travel and tourism company is seeking a Fully Remote (with travel) Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and expand key partnerships across the industry. This role is focused on revenue generation, account expansion, and building long-term relationships with travel agencies and advisors. You will own the full business development lifecycle, from identifying and closing new opportunities to managing and growing existing accounts, while working closely with internal teams to enhance the partner experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What You’ll Do
- Drive new business opportunities and close partnerships with travel agencies and advisors
- Travel for trade shows and in person client meetings
- Manage and grow key accounts through strong relationship-building and ongoing support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for partner needs and escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product offerings and client experience
- Support onboarding and enablement of new partners
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings (~1 week/month travel)
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of business development or sales experience
- Proven success driving revenue growth and managing client relationships
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
