Restaurant Shift Supervisor Benefits and Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $20-25/hr + tip pool (average ~$30/hr)

Restaurant Shift Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience in casual, QSR, fast-food, or fast-casual restaurants
- Reliable transportation required
- Must live within STL city limits for long-term success (not IL or outlying suburbs)
- Must thrive during nighttime and closing shifts only
- Proven leadership style: leads by example, coaches with intent, and upholds operational standards
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a positive attitude are crucial
Must Haves:
- Builds respectful, accountable relationships with crew members
- Hands-on leadership—this is a role for action-oriented operators, not just task delegators
- Maintains quality control across dine-in, catering, and delivery service operations
- Upholds standards and streamlines systems for customer experience
- Demonstrates consistent punctuality, focus, and decision-making in dynamic settings
Restaurant Shift Supervisor Preferred Background & Skills:
