Director of Operations Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight across Customer Care, Delivery, Maintenance, and Inventory functions
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers and operational leaders
- Drive operational strategy aligned with company growth, performance, and profitability goals
- Ensure consistent execution of processes, standards, and KPIs across all operational areas
- Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and drive accountability across teams
Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive operational leadership experience in retail, distribution, logistics, or service environments, including multi-level team leadership
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-functional operations while driving efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction
- Strong experience managing KPIs, service metrics, and cross-functional initiatives
- Hands-on leader with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
