What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a trusted resource for clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs
- Provide guidance on coverages including auto, home, and umbrella
- Support clients through policy changes, renewals, and claims-related questions
- Partner with carriers to find competitive and appropriate coverage options
- Deliver a high-touch, responsive service experience that builds long-term relationships
What You Bring
- Experience in personal lines insurance
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
