Estimator / In-Home Sales Representative
📍 Erie PA: 20 dollars an hour while training and converts to commission after training. 80-120k is what the other 8 estimators make.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Estimator / In-Home Sales Representative to join a growing team in the remodeling industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys working directly with homeowners to create solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs
- Prepare and present quotes, and close sales
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project execution
- Attend pre-construction meetings and final walkthroughs
- Build strong customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM data and follow up with clients
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of in-home sales or related experience (remodeling, cabinetry, construction preferred)
- Strong communication, listening, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Compensation & Benefits
- Training period provided before transitioning to 100% commission structure
- Earning potential up to $100,000+ annually
