An established remodeling company is hiring an Estimator to lead in-home sales for kitchen, bath, and related remodeling projects. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact through trusted customer relationships, accurate quoting, and high-integrity selling within a team-oriented environment.
Estimator – What You Will Do
- Conduct in-home sales appointments with homeowners and present tailored remodeling solutions
- Build accurate, timely quotes and review them in person whenever possible
- Conduct contract signings and pre-construction meetings alongside the assigned project manager
- Attend final walkthroughs to capture upsell and referral opportunities
- Maintain 95%+ accuracy in CRM data entry with 24 hour turnaround
- Partner with the Sales Manager and Project Managers to ensure what is sold can be delivered
Estimator – What You Bring
- 3+ years of successful in-home sales experience, ideally in kitchen remodeling, cabinetry, or finish carpentry
- Strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills
- High proficiency with computer software and CRM tools
- Eagerness to learn new products and adopt new sales techniques
- Calm presence under pressure and a high standard for honesty and integrity
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone for job apps
Estimator – Compensation and Opportunity
- Paid training and development period followed by commission pay
- Mileage reimbursement on personal vehicle or possible use of company vehicle
