Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Full-Time (FTE) or Per Diem | In-Office – Brooklyn, NY | Urgent Care + Telehealth
We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing urgent care team in Brooklyn.
This is an in-office role with some telehealth responsibilities, offering full-time or per diem options depending on your availability. Ideal for providers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in a collaborative, small-team setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide in-office urgent care services
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Diagnose and treat common acute conditions (URI, UTI, flu/COVID, infections, rashes, GI issues)
- Treat both pediatric and adult patient populations
- Prescribe medications in compliance with telehealth regulations
- Determine when escalation or referral is necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks
Must-Have Requirements
- Active New York NP or PA license
- Active Medicare Provider ID
- 2+ years of NP/PA experience
- Urgent care experience
- Pediatrics experience
