Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Requirements & Qualifications
- Active New York NP or PA license
- Active Medicare Provider ID
- Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience
- Experience in urgent care settings
- Pediatrics experience
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Preferred Background & Skills
- Adaptable and hands-on, comfortable working within a growing team
- Experience in small business or startup environments a plus
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Strong communication skills with patients and staff

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide in-office urgent care services for pediatric and adult patients
- Conduct virtual visits as needed in compliance with telehealth regulations
- Diagnose and treat common acute conditions, including URI, UTI, flu/COVID, infections, rashes, and GI issues
- Prescribe medications according to clinical guidelines and telehealth requirements
- Determine when escalation or specialist referral is required
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks
