Urgent Care Provider – NP / PA | Brooklyn, NY
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing urgent care practice in Brooklyn, NY.
This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on clinical environment and is looking for flexibility, strong team support, and the opportunity to build a long-term home with a growing practice.
Full-time and per diem schedules are available.
****Active New York Medicaid/Medicare provider enrollment or Provider ID is strongly preferred. Providers who meet the clinical requirements but do not currently have active enrollment are still encouraged to apply.****

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat both adult and pediatric patients
- Diagnose and manage common urgent care conditions, including respiratory illnesses, flu/COVID, UTIs, infections, rashes, GI conditions, and other acute concerns
- Perform appropriate examinations and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications within scope of practice
- Conduct telehealth visits as needed
- Identify when patients require referral or a higher level of care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians, providers, and clinical staff
What We're Looking For
- Active New York NP or PA license
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, primary care, pediatrics, internal medicine, or a similar setting
- Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a clinical team
