We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join a growing excavation and site development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and has experience supporting excavation, underground utility installation, and site preparation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with excavation and site preparation for residential and commercial projects
- Support installation of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems
- Perform work related to septic systems and leach fields
- Assist with grading, roadwork, and foundation preparation
- Install grates, piping, and other drainage components
- Operate hand tools and assist equipment operators as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on time
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction, excavation, or underground utilities preferred
- Familiarity with septic systems, drainage, or roadwork is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)
