Associate, Labor and Employment Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive annual salary $210,000–$300,000

Associate, Labor and Employment Requirements & Qualifications
- Juris Doctor and active license to practice law in Massachusetts
- 2–10 years of labor and employment law experience for Associate level
- Proven ability to manage multiple legal projects
- Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills
- Skilled at both independent work and collaborating within a team
Associate, Labor and Employment Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience providing advice and counsel support to clients on labor and employment issues
Associate, Labor and Employment Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings in employment-related matters
- Draft and argue motions before state and federal courts and in arbitration settings
- Take and defend depositions involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and related claims
- Advise clients on complex labor and employment matters
- Work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment to achieve client goals
