Marketing Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, media planning, and brand strategy (in-house or agency)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field
- Proven ability to lead campaigns that drive engagement and results
- Deep understanding of digital media and performance marketing, including paid social and display channels
- Strong creative instincts with data-driven decision-making skills
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across creative, executive, and operational teams
- Enthusiasm for entertainment, pop culture, and building standout brands
- Ability to work 100% in-office (Mon–Fri), with occasional travel
- Capable of meeting physical requirements, including standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working around flashing lights and loud noises
Marketing Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in entertainment, hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle brands, retail, or experiential marketing
Marketing Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media
- Craft and execute on-brand creative concepts in sync with social marketing strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets with a focus on performance and ROI
- Drive limited-time offers, seasonal promotions, and activation campaigns for new experiences, films, and products
- Support local venue leaders and sales teams with events and promotions
- Manage relationships with vendors, studio partners, and strategic collaborators
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using key metrics
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals across all channels
