Operations Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality
- Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments
- Proven experience supporting P&L, labor management, and daily operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams
- Experience in concepts that balance volume and food quality (scratch preferred)
- Stable career progression (tenure is very important – no job hopping)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Operations Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in high-energy or entertainment-driven concepts
- Background in both high-volume and quality-driven food programs
- Strong financial acumen and business mindset
- Proven success in driving guest satisfaction and operational consistency
- Strong leadership presence with a focus on team development and retention
- Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
