This rapidly growing boutique hospitality group is seeking a District Manager for their specialty coffee concept that has multiple locations. Specialty Coffee Director of Operations Responsibilities:
- Oversee, coach, develop, and mentor all positions in the organization including two district managers, a master roaster, wholesales and procurement team.
- Train, hire, coach, and motivate team/s
- Oversee all locations and ensure the highest quality in brand standards daily
- Financial and operational accountability
- Ability to create a positive and warm atmosphere for all team members
- Work closely with ownership to open new locations
Specialty Coffee Director of Operations Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a District Manager. The ideal candidate would have proven success managing multiple locations and scaling for growth
- Strong leadership ability, financial skillset, and communication skills; must have a proven track record of leading teams to success and building quality relationships
- Knowledge with the wholesale side of the business as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ability to set up efficient and effective systems in each store, and scale for rapid growth
- Must have experience opening new stores and experience with specialty coffee
- High level of comfortability with tech and POS platforms, financially savvy
- Desire to be a part of a growing new concept and company
