We’re partnering with a top-tier plaintiff trial firm known for record-setting verdicts and settlements across the country—and they’re looking for a seasoned Legal Secretary / Assistant to join their Houston team.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage complex attorney calendars, travel, and scheduling in a fast-moving environment
- Handle state & federal e-filing, docketing deadlines, and trial prep
- Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and filings
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial logistics
- Support attorneys from case inception through trial
- Serve as a key point of contact—screening calls, coordinating communications, and keeping everything running smoothly
What They’re Looking For
- 7+ years as a litigation legal secretary (plaintiff PI experience preferred)
- Strong experience with e-filing, calendaring, and trial preparation
- Ability to manage multiple complex cases independently
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, responsive, and thrives in a high-performance environment
- Advanced MS Word skills + strong document formatting ability
