What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management or kitchen leadership experience
- A proven track record of success and career growth
- Strong communication skills with a passion for mentoring and developing others
- High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and equipment standards
- Experience with regional Italian cuisine and wood-fired cooking preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership and participate in weekly management meetings
- Lead, support, and communicate with the kitchen team to uphold standards and expectations
- Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Work service alongside the team, leading by example on the line
- Recruit, train, and develop new team members
