A well-established women’s health practice in Queens is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, high-performing clinical team. This opportunity offers the ability to deliver meaningful, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and supportive outpatient environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in New York State (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in OB/GYN, women’s health, or family medicine preferred
- Strong clinical and procedural experience in an outpatient setting
- Knowledge of New York State healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills
Must haves:
- Perform comprehensive women’s health exams including pelvic exams, Pap smears, and contraceptive counseling
- Conduct in-office procedures such as IUD insertions/removals, biopsies, and minor gynecologic procedures
- Manage prenatal and postnatal patient visits, including routine monitoring and patient education
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including specialty referrals and follow-ups
- Provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population
- Accurately document patient encounters using EMR systems while maintaining compliance standards
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience working in a high-volume OB/GYN or women’s health clinic
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, or similar
- Strong interest in preventative care and patient education initiatives
- Ability to build long-term patient relationships and contribute to practice growth
- Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based care environment
