Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant leadership
- Experience managing full-service and upscale dining concepts
- Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
- Excellent integrity and character
- Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
- Infectious energy and passion
- Hands-on leadership style
- Exceptional integrity, work ethic and a positive mindset
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- No more than 5 jobs in the last 10 years
- Experience with cost control with product and labor
