Creative Director, Weddings & Hospitality Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 3–5+ years in a marketing, creative, or brand leadership role (hospitality or weddings experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, CMS, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Deep expertise in social media strategy, trends, and platform algorithms
- Experience leveraging AI tools within marketing workflows
- Track record of creating unique, engaging content and campaigns that drive inquiries and conversions
- Above-average verbal and written communication skills
- Strong copywriting and creative writing ability
- Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Ability to oversee team members and foster an inclusive, positive workplace
- Willingness to work some evenings/weekends and travel to venues as required

- Manage content calendars, newsletters, blogs, and campaigns to support sales and engagement goals
- Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and partners for cohesive, innovative campaigns
- Mentor and supervise a small creative team, fostering growth and performance
- Stay current with industry innovations, using trend insights to position the brand competitively
