Catering Executive Sous Chef – South Asian / Indian Cuisine

A growing, high-end catering and events company is seeking a Catering Executive Sous Chef with strong South Asian / Indian culinary expertise to join their leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic kitchen environment, supporting large-scale events while helping elevate and innovate menu offerings.


About the Role

This position serves as the #2 in the kitchen, reporting directly to the Culinary Director. You’ll lead day-to-day culinary execution, support team development, and ensure exceptional food quality across a wide range of catering events.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in traditional South Asian cuisine, paired with the ability to execute and elevate modern, non-ethnic dishes in a high-volume catering environment.
