Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
- Previous pest control industry experience is required
- Proven ability to hire, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve results
- Demonstrated success in hitting sales goals and KPI targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Outgoing personality and a high level of professionalism
Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and train the sales team to consistently exceed growth targets
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations for the Berry Hill location
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor sales representatives
- Cultivate customer relationships and serve as a key point of contact
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Foster a positive, results-driven team culture
