- Base salary ($80-100k) depending on experience

Branch General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pest and termite control with proven branch or operations management success
- Valid pest control certifications/licenses as required by Tennessee state regulations
- Strong sales management skills and a commitment to coaching and team development
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and train high-performing staff
- Excellent business acumen, including budgeting and financial analysis
- Consistent, accountable leadership with a positive, approachable attitude
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Branch General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience growing branch operations or expanding market share
