What You’ll Do
- Assist in all pre-opening and opening operations, including hiring and training
- Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team
- Drive an exceptional guest experience from launch and beyond
- Manage scheduling, labor controls, and day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
- Partner with the General Manager to execute operational and financial goals
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale, high-volume preferred)
- Opening experience is a strong plus
- Proven ability to build, train, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of service standards and guest engagement
- Financial acumen with labor and cost control experience
- Professional, polished, and hospitality-driven mindset
