Senior Counsel, Employment Litigation Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of employment litigation experience
- Admitted to practice law in California
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Demonstrated expertise managing discovery, pleadings, motions, and depositions
- Solid academic credentials
Senior Counsel, Employment Litigation Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with class action defense or PAGA matters
- Ability to balance multiple projects independently and within a team
- Self-starter with collaborative mindset
Senior Counsel, Employment Litigation Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of employment litigation, from initial pleadings through resolution
- Draft and argue motions in court
- Lead discovery processes, including taking and defending depositions
- Oversee complex matters, including potential class action and PAGA lawsuits
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver strategic legal solutions for clients
