Culinary Director (Multi-Unit Restaurant Group)
This growing, multi-unit restaurant group is seeking a Culinary Director who has successfully helped scale restaurant concepts to 5 to 10+ units and can build the systems, teams, and infrastructure to support that desired growth.

Culinary Director Qualifications
- Proven experience leading culinary operations across multiple restaurant units (ideally 5+), with direct involvement in scaling to 10+ locations
- Strong background in building systems for food cost control, kitchen operations, and training programs
- Demonstrated success in opening new restaurant locations and developing back-of-house infrastructure
- Leadership style that emphasizes team development, accountability, and retention of key culinary talent
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage P&L performance, COGS, and operational efficiencies at scale
Culinary Director Responsibilities
- Oversee all culinary operations across existing and future locations, ensuring consistency, quality, and execution
- Build and implement scalable systems for training, purchasing, food cost control, and kitchen standards
- Lead all new store openings, including menu execution, kitchen setup, and team onboarding
- Partner with ownership and operations leadership to drive profitability, menu strategy, and concept evolution
- Recruit, mentor, and develop kitchen leadership teams, creating a strong pipeline for internal growth and promotio
