Associate, Employment Litigation Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary: $200,000–$230,000 (commensurate with experience)

Associate, Employment Litigation Requirements & Qualifications
- Active California Bar admission
- 4–7 years of litigation experience
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters independently and collaboratively
Associate, Employment Litigation Preferred Background & Skills
- Employment litigation experience (e.g., discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination)
- Familiarity with class action defense or PAGA matters
- Experience in both state and federal courts, including arbitration
- Excellent academic credentials
Associate, Employment Litigation Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery in employment law cases
- Prepare and argue motions in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration
- Take and defend depositions related to employment disputes
- Advise and support clients on a broad range of employment issues
- Collaborate with firm attorneys to develop and execute case strategy
