An established hospitality group is seeking a driven Executive Chef to lead culinary operations. Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive or sous chef in a full-service kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and ordering
Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with high volume kitchens
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with menu costing and recipe development technology
Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Train, develop, and inspire kitchen staff for peak performance
- Collaborate with management on menu design, specials, and culinary events
- Monitor inventory, control food costs, and reduce waste
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive kitchen culture, collaborate with Culinary Director and Front of House Managers
