- Lead engaging property tours, delivering comprehensive information on available apartments and buildings
- Collaborate with property management and construction teams to ensure all units are market-ready and in top condition
- Work with web and listings managers to ensure accurate and appealing online marketing of available properties
- Assist in the drafting, review, and finalization of lease agreements, including both new leases and renewals
- Track leasing metrics such as active deals, vacancies, renewals, and pricing trends, providing regular updates
