Our client, a well-established mid-sized law firm with a strong presence across the Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney to join its growing Annapolis, Maryland office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain significant courtroom experience while managing a diverse caseload of family law matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage family law cases from intake through resolution
- Handle matters including divorce, custody, child support, and property division
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and trials
- Communicate with clients and provide strategic legal guidance
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Maryland Bar license required
- 3–5+ years of family law experience
- Strong litigation and courtroom experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
