General Manager | High-Volume QSR Leader
Location: New York
Compensation: $65K – $90K + Bonus + Benefits

The Role:
As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a high-volume restaurant, leading daily operations, developing your team, and driving strong financial performance. You’ll play a key role in building culture, executing standards, and delivering results.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Drive execution of brand standards (quality, service, cleanliness)
- Manage and improve key performance metrics (speed, service, guest satisfaction)
- Coach, develop, and build a strong leadership team
- Own full P&L performance including labor, food cost, and controllables
- Maintain food safety, compliance, and audit readiness
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience and resolve customer concerns
What We’re Looking For:
- Management experience in QSR or high-volume restaurant environments
- Hands-on leadership style with strong operational focus
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
- Solid financial acumen and experience managing costs
- High energy, accountability, and strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
