Restaurant Manager Qualifications
- Recent management experience in a high-volume, systems-driven upscale-casual restaurant environment required
- Demonstrated career growth with stable, consistent work history
- Strong, proven leadership skills: approachable, team-focused, leads by example, and committed to upholding standards
- Hands-on experience with inventory management and ordering is required
- Background in high-volume carryout operations is a major advantage
