We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume fast casual restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, building strong teams, and driving financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Lead, train, and develop team members while driving a positive culture
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
- Maintain inventory, control costs, and ensure operational efficiency
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of leadership experience in QSR or fast casual
- Strong background in managing restaurant operations and financial performance
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- $65,000 – $75,000 total compensation (base + bonus + profit sharing)
