Luxury Resort Restaurant Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive salary range ($80,000–$110,000) plus bonus program

Luxury Resort Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurant management, ideally in a 4- or 5-star resort
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and beverage operations
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and guest-service skills
- TIPS certification required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and POS systems
- Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years)
- High-volume experience (385+ daily covers)
Luxury Resort Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience managing union employees
- Luxury Hotel experience is preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and composure in challenging situations
- Thick Skin – abiltiy to hold team accountable
Luxury Resort Restaurant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and actively participate in daily restaurant operations while ensuring five-star service standards
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff to promote growth and exceptional performance
- Manage labor, operating, food, and beverage costs; oversee payroll and inventory control
- Resolve guest concerns and requests professionally to maintain high satisfaction
- Collaborate with other resort departments to meet VIP, group, and event needs
- Ensure ongoing service training and compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, maintenance, and equipment quality
