General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as GM or in a senior hospitality leadership role within upscale casual or fine dining
- Demonstrated ability to lead from the floor, setting a positive example
- Strong background in events, private dining, or experiential hospitality
- Creative, business-minded approach to operations and guest experience
- Commitment to high standards and attention to detail

- Oversee the complete guest journey, ensuring a welcoming and exceptional experience
- Lead all daily operations to maintain a fine dining standard of service
- Develop, plan, and execute chef-driven wine dinners and curated private events
