Practice Director / Operations Leader Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience in operations, practice management, or healthcare administration
- Strong business and financial acumen, comfortable with P&L, balance sheets, and EBITDA
- Proven track record building cohesive teams and improving operational performance
- Experience leading staff in a multi-provider or multi-location environment preferred
Practice Director / Operations Leader Preferred Background & Skills:
- Healthcare sector experience a plus, but not required for exceptional operational leaders
Practice Director / Operations Leader Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across two locations and a multi-provider practice
- Build and implement systems and workflows to optimize efficiency
- Develop and lead clinical and administrative teams, fostering a culture of accountability and empowerment
- Evaluate and improve financial performance, including revenue cycle and collections oversight
- Establish and grow an in-house collections function
- Partner with ownership on long-term strategy and growth planning
