Executive Chef – Fine Dining & High-Volume Event Center
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a high-volume fine dining and high-volume event center. This hands-on leadership role requires a strong operator who can manage large-scale events, lead kitchen teams, control costs, and deliver exceptional food quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- 3+ years senior culinary leadership (Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef salary to commensurate with experience)
- High-volume fine dining or event/banquet experience
- Strong leadership, menu development, and cost control skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
