An established, well-known waterfront restaurant on the South Shore is seeking a talented and hands-on executive chef to lead a thriving, high-volume kitchen. Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in an upscale casual or fine dining kitchen
- Proven success in high-volume operations $12+M annually
- Strong menu planning, purchasing, and kitchen systems knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and lead teams
- Hands-on leadership style and commitment to excellence

Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all daily kitchen operations and culinary execution

- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls efficiently
- Maintain top sanitation and food safety standards
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
