REMOTE – Employee Benefits Account Manager (Large Group)
Location: 100% Remote for an L&H licensed Large Group Account Manager with Self-Funded experience.
Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 + Full Benefits
We are partnering with a boutique, independent insurance firm experiencing strong growth and looking to add a skilled Employee Benefits Account Manager to their team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering the chance to work with a high-touch client base in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage a book of approximately 20 large group employee benefits accounts
Deliver high-level, concierge-style service to clients
Oversee plan strategy, renewals, and ongoing account management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, carriers, and vendors
Collaborate with internal support teams for RFPs, quoting, and administrative functions
Provide expertise in both self-funded and level-funded plans
Requirements
3+ years of Employee Benefits account management experience
Strong self-funded experience is required
Active Life & Health (L&H) license
Experience managing large group accounts (100–600 lives preferred)
Experience with core benefit lines (health, vision, dental) as well as ancillary/voluntary lines (LTD, STD, HSA, FSA, life, etc…)
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary: $125,000 – $150,000
Full benefits package
401(k) with 3% contribution
