Paralegal, Trusts & Estates | New Providence, NJ
$85K–$110K + Bonus Potential

What You Will Be Doing
- Draft and review sophisticated estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, partnerships, and advanced structures
- Partner closely with attorneys to execute complex estate planning strategies for high-net-worth clients
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-touch, responsive experience
- Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and appraisers as part of the planning process
- Support trust funding and estate administration, including asset transfers and beneficiary coordination
- Conduct research on estate, gift, and GST tax matters to support planning strategies
- Manage detailed case files, track deadlines, and ensure accuracy across all documentation
- Assist with execution and proper filing of critical estate planning documents
What They Are Looking For
- 4+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in trusts and estates or estate administration
- Strong drafting experience across estate planning documents
- Working knowledge of trust structures and estate and gift tax concepts
- Experience supporting high-net-worth or complex client matters is highly preferred
- Proficiency with legal software (Clio, HotDocs, or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Polished communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000–$110,000 base salary, depending on experience
