A well-established litigation firm with a strong focus on commercial disputes is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. Senior Attorney Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation matters from initial filing through resolution, including strategy development
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Perform in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Advise clients on legal risks, case developments, and resolution strategies
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure efficient case progression
Senior Attorney Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of commercial or civil litigation experience
- Experience with state court procedures, filings, and service requirements
- Trial experience as first or second chair preferred
- Strong understanding of civil procedure and legal terminology
- Proficiency in legal drafting and case management
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively
