Human Resources Manager – Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead recruiting efforts that meet the dynamic needs of a growing company.
- Oversee all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents.
- Proactively resolve workplace conflicts.
- Lead and facilitate sexual harassment trainings.
- Recommend changes to policies and procedures based on employee and company needs.
- Coordinate and supervise employee benefits plans.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits (new hire, compliance, safety, break violations, payroll).
Human Resources Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, conflict management, communication, and organizational skills.
