Pre-Construction Project Manager – Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer in concrete construction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, with an emphasis on concrete scopes.
- Proven ability to support multiple workstreams in an active construction environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
- Willingness to work primarily onsite at active construction sites.
Pre-Construction Project Manager – Mission Critical Preferred Background & Skills
- OSHA Certification.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Tekla.
Pre-Construction Project Manager –
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, milestones, and daily logistics with operational leadership.
- Manage document control tasks including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and contract files.
- Track field progress using Bluebeam and maintain weather, production, and material logs.
- Expedite materials and communicate with vendors to ensure smooth project flow.
- Review invoices, verify pay applications, and ensure cost coding aligns with established budgets.
- Lead weekly jobsite coordination meetings and document actionable items.
- Support punch-list management and project close-out deliverables.
