We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex capital, construction, and renovation projects across a multi-unit environment. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact projects from concept through completion.
Relocation to Farmington, PA
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Oversee renovations, expansions, and infrastructure improvements across multiple sites
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, risks, and timelines
- Lead vendor bidding, contract review, and on-site project oversight
- Maintain detailed documentation, reporting, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management
- 8+ years of project management experience in construction, hospitality, or large-scale commercial environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong budgeting, cost control, and timeline management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred
- Experience with multi-site or multi-unit projects
- Background in capital planning or long-term development
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certifications
- Experience in complex or fast-paced environments
