Our client looking for a skilled Pool Plasterer to join our growing service and resurfacing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in pool and spa finishing who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and enjoys working on renovation projects from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional results across plastering, surface prep, and restoration work, while contributing to a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Apply plaster to swimming pools and spas, ensuring smooth, high-quality finishes
- Perform acid washes and surface preparation for new finishes
- Complete demolition work including removal of old plaster, tile, and coping
- Install and repair tile and coping according to project specifications
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean, organized condition
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to stay on schedule
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
What You Bring
- 5+ years of professional experience in pool and spa plastering
- Strong knowledge of plaster application, surface prep, and finishing techniques
- Experience with acid washing and pool/spa demolition work
- Ability to install or repair tile and coping
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable with physically demanding outdoor work
